BOS system is a full corporate business continuity solution with a wide range of features that can also integrate as a complement to enhance existing corporate business continuity platforms.
BOS fits most office environments with excellent hardware requirement flexibility, ease of implementation, operation and maintenance.
BOS software performs frequent "Corporate Snapshot" processes, being able to protect assorted IT environments by constantly offering updated data and unlimited previous data versions.
BOS Mail Server file protection is the only real business continuity solution compatible with Section 404 of the Sarbanes Oxley Act.
Common restore procedures require the same hardware, Operating System and Backup Software used to perform the backup. Usually, it is unthinkable to recover previous Backed up information without having the same backup solution installed. This procedure is a major time consumer.
BOS unique data survival method completes its tasks only after a complete Recovered Data is accomplished. The restoring of data protected by BOS?s system does not depend from the Backup Server hardware?s, Operating System?s or Backup Application?s health.
With BOS the data is already recovered and can be dragged and restored from the recovered area without any dependencies. BOS recovers any version of any document, either a current, deleted or an archived one, with a single mouse drag and drop.
With BOS Web Interface end users can independently restore any document from their BOS protected (already recovered) folders. This restoration is applicable without the need of any additional installation - just by using Internet Explorer.
With BOS it is possible to immediately access the last E-Mail or to the last minute Scheduled appointment from a damaged MSOutlook or non operational Exchange.
